Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible education through technology, by building an ecosystem for people to learn, teach, and connect.
When you visit, view, use, or access our website iLoveJapanSchool.com, including any subdomains, applications, mobile applications, functionalities, content, materials, or other online services (collectively, the “Online School”), whether as a guest or registered user, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you and I Love Japan Group Co. Ltd, a Thai limited liability company ("iLoveJapanSchool," "ILJS," "we," "our," or "us").
For the purpose of these Terms, "you" includes any individual user or any entity you represent that accesses or uses the Online School.
By accessing or using the Online School, clicking "Agree," "Purchase," "Submit," or similar, or signing any agreement that incorporates these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access the Online School.
If you have entered into a separate written agreement with iLoveJapanSchool that conflicts with these Terms, the terms of the separate agreement will prevail.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information submitted in connection with your use of the Online School is subject to our Privacy Policy located at:

By using the Online School, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Data Location and Transfer
Customer data will be stored in secure data centers located in Singapore for our core platform operations.
For certain support, customer management, and telephony functions, we also utilize Bitrix24 CRM, which stores personal information related to customer support activities. Bitrix24 operates on secure infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) with data centers located in the United States (Virginia) and the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other jurisdictions outside Thailand, any transfer of personal data to countries that may not have an adequacy decision (as defined by the European Commission or applicable authorities) is carried out as necessary for the performance of our services and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Appropriate safeguards, including vendor contractual obligations and internationally recognized security standards, are implemented to protect customer data during such transfers.

4. Account Registration and Access
To access certain features of the Online School, you may be required to register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent. If you allow others to use your account, you are fully responsible for their actions and any consequences that arise.
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
5.1 Subscription Plans
When you purchase, register for, or renew a subscription, you agree to the features, pricing, and term lengths listed at:

Monthly Subscription: Renews automatically each month.

3-Month Subscription: Renews automatically every 3 months.

6-Month Subscription: Renews automatically every 6 months.

Annual Subscription: Renews automatically each year.

Custom Subscription: Renews automatically in accordance with the specific terms agreed at the time of purchase.
The "Initial Term" is your first subscription period; any continuation is a "Renewal Term."
5.2 Automatic Renewal
By default, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term length at the then-current price unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges may be processed up to 30 days (corporate plans) and up to 7 days (individual plans) before your renewal date.
5.3 Payment Terms
Access to the Online School is conditioned upon timely payment of all applicable fees. We reserve the right to adjust fees; any change will apply to the next renewal term.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of your access.
5.4 Test Authorization Charges
A temporary authorization charge of 1 THB is applied each time a credit card is registered or updated for verification purposes; this amount is not reversed by the issuing bank and is not an actual charge for the service.
5.5 Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund conditions below:
Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds apply only to automatically renewed subscription payments ("Recurring Payments").

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the payment has been processed.

Refunds are not available for initial purchases, one-time payments, or custom agreements unless otherwise specified.

Approved refunds will be processed and deposited within 14 business days after approval.

Excessive Use & Account Abuse
iLoveJapanSchool is designed for normal personal use for study purposes. To ensure fair access for all users and protect system stability, the following usage policy applies:

If iLoveJapanSchool detects abnormal usage patterns, including but not limited to:

Continuous streaming of video lessons for extended periods (e.g., several hours or more without reasonable study breaks)

Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or simulate usage of the platform

Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties
-
Rotating or reselling account access to multiple individuals
Circumventing subscription limits or accessing features not included in the subscribed plan

iLoveJapanSchool reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Suspend or terminate the affected account(s)

Block access to specific features or courses

Review and audit account usage for compliance

Invoice Customer for any excessive or unauthorized usage at iLoveJapanSchool’s standard rates if applicable.

All usage must be in accordance with the intended personal study scope as outlined in the subscription plan purchased by the Customer.
6. Copyright Policies
6.1 Copyright Protection & Usage Restrictions
All content provided on the iLoveJapanSchool platform, including but not limited to video lessons, audio files, reading materials, PDFs, transcripts, quizzes, flashcards, dictionary content, graphics, and all other study materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of iLoveJapan Group Co., Ltd. or its authorized licensors.
By using the platform, the Customer agrees to the following restrictions:

The Customer may not reproduce, copy, download, capture, screenshot, record, distribute, transmit, share, resell, or otherwise redistribute any part of the Service or its content, whether for personal, commercial, or non-commercial purposes.

Screen recording, screen capture, photographing, or reproducing any portion of video or study content is strictly prohibited.

Materials are provided solely for the Customer’s individual, personal, and non-transferable study use.

Public sharing, uploading to third-party sites, social media, file-sharing platforms, or any other public or private distribution of iLoveJapanSchool content is strictly forbidden.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of iLoveJapanSchool’s intellectual property constitutes a violation of copyright law and will be subject to legal action.
iLoveJapanSchool reserves the right to monitor user activity and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
6.2 Feedback & Testimonials
If the Customer provides any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments to iLoveJapanSchool concerning the functionality, content, performance, or improvement of the Service or any related documentation (including identifying potential errors, bugs, or recommended enhancements), the following terms apply:
The Customer hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to iLoveJapanSchool all right, title, and interest in and to such feedback.
iLoveJapanSchool shall have the unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, incorporate, and commercialize such feedback without payment, restriction, or any obligation to provide attribution to the Customer.
This includes the right to use any submitted feedback to improve the platform, develop new features, modify existing services, and support product development in any form.
7. Electronic Notices
We may provide you with important information electronically, including via email or through official announcements within the Online School.

System notifications, including payment and subscription notices, are mandatory and may not be opted out.

You are responsible for ensuring that our emails do not end up in your spam folder.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means (such as email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Online School after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLoveJapanSchool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Online School.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
